Sessions are recorded and transcribed to support accurate and thorough program delivery. Transcriptions may be processed using Microsoft 365 Copilot as part of our internal workflows. Microsoft 365 Copilot operates within your data's existing Microsoft 365 tenant protections. Following any internal processing, transcriptions are reviewed and scrubbed to remove personally identifiable information and sensitive business data before being used with any other AI-assisted tools. Anonymized transcriptions may be retained to improve the accuracy and quality of our service delivery over time.
What This Means for You
- Session transcriptions may be processed using Microsoft 365 Copilot, operating under Microsoft's enterprise data protection standards
- Your session content is anonymized before being used with any other AI tools
- Your identifiable business information is never passed to external AI systems in its original form
- Where applicable, inputs may be sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing
- Anthropic processes this data under their own Privacy Policy and Usage Policy
- Neither Microsoft nor Anthropic use your data to train their AI models under our agreements
- You should not enter highly sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, or medical records) into any of our platforms
