The Origin
From engineer to director to founder. The same problem every time.
Alan Nehemy did not set out to build a systems company. He was an engineer who became a director who kept noticing the same thing at every scale, in every industry: brilliant, capable people placed inside systems that were never designed for them to succeed.
The dysfunction was not coming from bad people or bad intentions. It was coming from the absence of systems, and the assumption that good people would just figure it out. They rarely did. Not sustainably. Not in a way that scaled.
Over a decade of building, failing, iterating and refining, across startups, mid-market companies and enterprise teams, that question became an architecture: an operating system for a business that does not just train people, but transforms how they operate permanently.

The Founder
I'm Alan Nehemy.
I help small business founders see what they have actually built, and work out how to grow it without losing themselves in it.
Thirteen years inside businesses across three continents. Three engineering degrees. Trained personally by Michael E. Gerber, who wrote The E-Myth.
Today that work is installing AI systems into small businesses. On the owner's own machine, in the owner's own account, built around the person doing the work rather than in place of them.
