The Breathing Room

You are doing
everything yourself.

You run the work, you answer the messages, you chase the invoices, and in the evenings you learn one more tool that promises to fix it. You have been learning new tools for years now.

The search

The tools did not give you your time back.

You have been searching for answers out there. You have been searching for tools, and they have led you astray. You are busy. You are buried in work. Maybe you even got the sales you wanted, and now you are on that cycle of constant doing and doing and doing.

The turn

None of us is a blank piece of paper.

Some people think you should drop everything you are doing in your business and start from scratch. That the employees you have right now are not relevant, because all that matters is you, the owner. That you should let them all go, close the business, and begin again from a blank piece of paper and a beginner's mind.

We at Metamorphosis do not believe that. A beginner's mind is important. A blank piece of paper is not. None of us is a blank piece of paper. All of us have our stories, and out of our stories our experiences, and out of those experiences our becoming.

What we made instead

So we created the Breathing Room, because that is what people actually need.

You need breathing room.

Here is the whole shape of it. The Breathing Room starts as a free conversation that finds the one system actually costing you. Building that system is the paid work, done with you, on your machine, running before we finish. And for owners who want a coach that stays, the room itself is the coaching. One name, one place, three depths.

Start the conversation

Where it starts

A conversation, free,
in a free Claude account.

Your first interaction with the Breathing Room is a coach. It begins the way a good coach begins, with plain questions about what you do and why you do it, and it listens to the answers before it suggests anything. At the end it tells you what it thinks would actually help, including the parts you can leave alone. And it invites you in.

Start the conversation

From conversation to system

The conversation finds the system.
This is what one looks like running.

Imagine this

You photograph the business cards on the way home.

The networking event ends. You take one photo of the cards you collected, and by the time you get home the follow-up is already ready for you to draft. Every conversation remembered, every message waiting.

Or the end of a long week of meetings: your system has already read the transcripts, shown you who your customer actually is and what they keep saying, and prepared the posts, infographics ready for you to post.

Imagine this

Your sales coach briefs you before the next call.

Before the sales call, a quick review: what the previous call was like, and what to do differently this time.

And before that virtual networking meeting, the coach runs your pitch with you, back and forth, until it is yours.

Imagine this

The call ends and the paperwork is already done.

You finish the call, and the questionnaire is already filled out from what was said, with a draft ready to send back to the person for the answers that are still missing.

In their own words

Before, I was leery about what I should be doing. Now I'm getting a clear picture.

How this is different

The business and the AI.
Both at the same time.

Most people are happy to sell you AI, and to install systems into a business that did not need those systems to begin with. We work on the business and the AI at the same time, and our method ensures that what gets implemented is always serving you.

The work stays yours

AI supports the person doing the work. It does not replace them. The artist stays at the easel and the chef stays in the kitchen. What gets built goes around the craft, never through it.

Your people get bigger, not fewer

If you already have a team, the point is not a smaller one. It is the same people carrying several times what they carry now, because the parts that never needed a human stopped needing one.

Not app wired to app

This is not one tool connected to another until something moves. It is AI working inside your own environment, set up around how your business actually runs.

You keep all of it

It runs on your machine, in your account, on your data. Nothing here is rented from me, and nothing stops working if we stop talking. You are not buying access to a black box.

If you want to hear more, book a call and let me show you.

Let Me Show You

How it goes

A call first, then the day.

However you arrive, through the conversation or straight to the calendar, nobody buys before we have spoken. Twenty minutes, no charge, and its job is to find the one system worth building. Connecting your tools to AI is free and takes minutes, and I do that with you at no charge. Building the system that runs on top of it is the paid work. So a conversation stays a conversation.

Then you pick a date, and I prepare against what you told me, so the day starts with the work already scoped instead of with a blank page. On the day we build it remotely, onto your machine, in your accounts. You are there throughout, and the last stretch you drive while I sit on my hands.

Three ways to do it

One day, one a month, or two.

What separates these is how many working systems get installed. Not how often we speak.

The Sprint

One day. We build the system your business is missing, together, and you run it after. Three follow-up sessions of about half an hour each come with it. This is where most people start.

The Half-Marathon

One system a month. Rather than one day, we keep going. A working system installed every month, each one built on what is already there. Usually about two sessions a month, an hour each, plus my build time in between.

The Marathon

Two systems a month. The same work at double the distance, for a business that wants the whole thing built out sooner rather than one piece at a time.

You are buying systems, not meetings. Which one fits, and what it costs, is what the twenty minutes is for.

Before you book

Where the risk actually sits.

We name the one system on the call, and I tell you then whether it can be built. If it cannot, I say so, and it has cost you twenty minutes. The day is not finished until it runs.

It is worth saying what this is not.

  • Not built for you and handed over finished. A system you cannot change is one you will abandon.
  • Not a course. Nothing to watch later, nothing to fall behind on.
  • Not one app wired to another. That breaks the first time your business does something unusual.
  • Not AI instead of your people.

Questions people ask

Before you book the time.

What does it cost?

That is what the twenty minutes is for. There are three ways to do this and which one fits you depends on things neither of us knows yet, so quoting before we have spoken would be a guess.

Is this really free, or is it a sales call?

Both. It is twenty minutes at no charge, and most of it is me showing you AI doing something real on a business like yours. You leave with specific things to do differently whether or not we work together.

What if I am not technical?

Most people who do this are not. You are in the room so you understand why it works, not so you can write code. The part you learn is the way of seeing, which is what lets you build the next one without me.

Where it leads

The conversation is the door.

All of it is the Breathing Room. The free conversation is the door, the installed systems are the rooms, and the coaching is staying in the house. However far in you come, you are in the same place, and the conversation is how you find out how far you want to go.

Twenty minutes.
Then you will know.

We find the one system worth building before you spend anything, and I show you AI doing something real on a business like yours. You leave knowing what you would build and whether it is worth it. If it is not, I will say so.
